“About two years ago I tore my ACL. I started the return to play program with Justin as soon I could after surgery. Justin’s return to play program made me stronger then I was before my injury. His different exercises also worked on my speed and made me a much faster player by the time I was back on the field. Not only did I get physically stronger, Justin’s training made me mentally stronger. His constant pep talks made me more confident as a person and as a player.
